At The Pottery Studio, we want you to love every handcrafted piece in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the ceramic items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap the pottery in its original biodegradable packaging and cushioning to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our studio receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
