Are your pottery pieces microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, all our stoneware is fired at high temperatures making it durable for everyday use. Most pieces are safe for both the microwave and dishwasher, though we recommend hand-washing for longevity.

How long does shipping take for handmade items?

In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For 'made-to-order' collections, please allow 2-4 weeks for our artisans to craft and fire your unique piece.

What happens if my order arrives broken?

We take great care in packaging, but ceramics are fragile. If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Are the glazes used food-safe?

Absolutely. All glazes used at The Pottery Studio are lead-free and 100% food-safe, meeting all safety standards for dinnerware.

Can I request a custom design or color?

We occasionally take custom commissions depending on our studio schedule. Please contact our support team with your ideas, and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
